The dashboard provides users with a glance view of the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the objective of the business. BMAC HRMS allows users to track Total Employees, Each day’s attendance, Employees on leave, Upcoming events and more.

Employee Management

Manage employee details, either while onboarding a new employee, or editing details of an existing employee. This feature also allows you to get certain information about employees within seconds. Information includes, but not limited to employee leave history, employee tax exemption, awards and many more.

Reports

Using BMAC HRMS, you have access to reports like General Report, Management Report, Payroll Report, Leave Report, Attendance Report, Training Report, Recruitment Report, Award Report or Audit trail Report, in PDF format.

Absence and Leave Request

Saves you the time and stress of having to attend to all employees physically, on matters regarding training and development.  BMAC HRMS enables employees request for training, view if they are eligible for any training, and also rate their past training without having to meet with you.
